I think the EML and Fast shot is a better buy that the Tempest weapon - with templates I just always worry about scatter, but I tend to scatter a lot.

With Wyches I did not see a ride listed, if they are on foot , they are going to die, put them in venoms or boats with sheilds or take kabalyte warriors instead - Preferrably in venoms. I'd nix the trueborn, get a squad of 9 wyches in a boat with heamonculus...
I would put both runes and spirit stones on farseer and give him fortune too to help him and yriel survive with whoever they are with... You may be better off with an archon instead of yriel

With that many eldar on foot I would ditch Yriel for an Avatar. Ffearless on your guardians will keep them around a lot longer and the Avatar will eat s lot of fire power before going down.

true but then I would try to take Eldrad and fortune his squad and the Avatar to keep them alive. A lot of dakka easily brings down big pappa avatar

Hello there fellow footdar player I will lend what help I can.

Guardians are just plain bad, dire avengers for 4 more pts a model gives you + 1 ld, + 1 bs, +1 armor sv, among other things, though I have recently not bothered with any troop for eldar troops besides gjb in 3 man's for obj cap and denying, they are game changers and dirt cheap.

Dragons on foot will die, need to either mount them or find alternative anti tank.

Cheap divinity seer is good with warding eldrads always better

Dark reapers with tempest crack is the way to go, 2 emls that allow cover can be near useless if they are saved, where as 2 shots that can pick out special weapons in squads due to barrage will make their pts back in one volley.

Foot dark eldar die, either transport them in venoms with haywires for Wyches, venoms with blasterborn don't take heavy weapons on trueborn, if you insist on foot darks, take huge blobs of kabalites with 2 dark lances and an aegis defense line for flyer support, and consider taking the duke for 3+ poison on that blob.

Foot lists should almost always have a eldar harlequin unit with kisses and a shadowseer, also a good home for a shadowfield archon cc character, 2+ rerollable cv and 2++ rerollable invuln is nasty

well it looks pretty decent, but I would put ff on the razorwing, drop one of the fire dragon squads and give your dire avengers wave serpents, and give the scourges blasters. After that your golden!
