Looks quite good. The Drop Pod for the TFC is a bit strange.
I'd give the Tacticals Rhinos instead of Pods.

It's for 2 drop pods in turn one and will be empty. Also allows me to choose if I want both tact/ combat squads in on turn 1.

This is what I thought. Three Pods one of them empty allow some tactical flexibility, and they can bring the Tacticals where you want them to be.
How do you plan to use the Termies? Hoofing around or deep striking?

It'll either be gates first turn, so I'm in combat by turn 2 or DS. If i DS i will have the Stormtalons come in with. There's a locator beacon on a DP, so no mishaps most of the time.

In fact, the goi becomes more useful on combination with locator beacons. But then you might think about normal Termies that can shoot (heavy flamers) upon arrival.

I play shootynators with terminator librarian, using goi & vod.
Start these guys out on the table, bring your pods in, and goi on to them. You now have a potential 24" move that's safer than it would have been previously.
If your libby is as skillful as mine at channeling... you'll want the security...
