40K Army: Orks
Only played one game so far so still new to the hobby trying to do a infantry/mek style army so far the list is.

leaves me with 155 points to spend.

Unless in a transport, I would advise against burna boys. Anyone would see 10 flamers and want to knock it out before it got in range.

If you changed the Burnas to another unit of Lootas, you have excellent fire against fliers, skimmers, transports, MCs and infantry in general. For the 155 points I would probably take and aegis defence line with a Icarus Lascannon for 85pts. The ADL gives 28"ish of 4+cover saves to put the lootas behind. Then if they get shot up, can go to ground for a 2+ cover save!! Snapfiring lootas isnt a big issue so this works well. You'd also need a unit of gretchin to pilot the lascannon so thats 40pts.

I would probably split the two shoota units into three 20 units, so with another bp,PK nob thats another 40points. Splitting them up means you can divide your fire more and they are more mobile on the field so better for claiming objectives.

Icarus Lascannnon

The Icarus lascannon is S9 AP2 TL, skyfire, interceptor and range 96". So being TL at BS3 from grots, it'll normally hit and then against fliers or transports, will definitely do something.
