I was thinking about taking a nurgle bike lord with power fist, lightning claw, and blight grenades. No idea how he will steer but it seems legal.

One thing I am wondering, does the stealth conferred by his defensive grenades work for the whole unit? It says only one model needs to have stealth in the stealth USR, but the defensive grenade USR says the "unit" must have them. Would the blight grenades be useless in a unit or do they work?

It says the unit must be equipped with them, which they are. It would be different if it said "a unit entirely equipped with."

if the character has stealth the unit has stealth. If the character is 12" away but the first model in the unit is 6" away I think it still counts though. So yup stealth in overwatch. yay
