Not quite sure what sort of response you're looking for but here goes...

Trukk boys, yes.

Gretchin, assuming they are a meatshield for Lootas?

Looted wagons, soso... you have a couple and with the trukks being in their face they should last more than a turn. So okay

Lootas, yes.

Big mek, okay but unsure why he has a power klaw. Assuming its for the chance he teleports himself into CC, but if that happens hes attacking at I1 and so would probably die before retaliating. Would suggest dropping it.

Deffkoptas, dont feel they bring much benefit with big shootas. You have enough to deal with infantry at the moment so probably want to get them TL rokkits so they can get some side shots at vehicles when they outflank.

I'd suggest dropping the grots and power klaw. Then depending on how you value your lootas, either take an ADL or upgrade all deffkoptas to have TL rokkits.

Oh my bad, forgive me but I forgot to include that the koptas had rokkits (The only way I would ever take them) So I just fixed that.

To answer your questions:
Gretchin:babysitters for the mek, soak up wounds.
Powerklaw on mek: I had 25 points, had no idea what to spend it on and I like things to be symmetrical throughout the units.
Looted Wagons: If there were any questions, I absolutely love these things. Hardly anyone likes em, but I find that they live far longer than I expect they should even be able to and they wipeout anything that I want aside from vehicles (and even then).
Response: Sorry, I was up real late so I did not put much thought into it other than the list itself. I am trying to figure out speed freekz further, and I was wondering if a twist on it where it has a gunline accompaniment would be of use. The lootas and looted wagons can rain fire down while the koptas and trukks get in the thick of it. Would a gunline/Freek list be a smart idea?

Haha, yeah I always seem to be on this at weird hours...

Anyway there's no reason the gunline/speed army wont work. However there is one particular weakness to it and that is deep strikers and outflankers. These could make short work of your lootas and if they are MEQs, lootas would struggle to knock them all down unless you're lucky. As the trukks rush forward it leaves the lootas exposed so I'd still suggest getting an ADL. I agree with using the grots as a mek meatshield so here's what I'd change:
If you outflank all rokkit deffkoptas and they turn up, each has a 5/9 chance of hitting so thats just under 4 hits a turn between them. At ap3 they offer nothing on the damage table and at S8 they only reliably damage light vehicles. I would loose two for 90pts. Give one kopta from each unit a power klaw for 50pts in total. Note these are only S6 and S7 on the charge, but seeing as their main target is light vehicles, 3 attacks that may auto hit at ap2 are better than one 5/9 chance of another S8 hit. The nobs in the trukks would have to deal with anything harder regardless.
Then if you dropped the klaw on the big mek, take an ADL, that will improve the longitivity of your lootas immensely. That can pretty much make them terminators when being shot at. For the last 15pts a rpj on each looted wagon as every 1" you can get on those pie plates are valuable.

Thank you very much on your feedback, all of it is something to think about.

Some things:
Normally I am an anti-klawkopter person, and I like using all 6...BUT, .the idea of buzzsaws and not using all 6 koptas has got me thinking about an idea for kopta-conversions.....
I will have to try that out most definitely, thanks for the inspiration!

I am also a strong Anti-Fortification person, though I suppose I should try it out....

I really do not want the Mek to have a klaw actually, it was just this awkward 25 points I had.

So I can go with the 4 koptas idea.

A small suggestion I'd recommend is dropping hard case on the looted wagons and giving them Big shootas. They can fired as snap shot, and so you don't lose the boomgun with weapon destroyed and it's just a sitting tank with nothing to do.

doesnt the enemy choose which weapon to destroy

Correct! Weapon destroyed results are random now

And I'm coming round to the idea of buzzsaw armed 'koptas.

The off-chance that I ever do actually get the weapon destroyed, I just end up using it as a big battering ram or a wall. The funny this is, no one targets my looted wagons until after they blue up half their army and it is too late. That is why I never give them anything beynd the boomgun. I will keep that idea in mind, but the way I model the tanks are as ard cased. (I do not have the energy to tackle an open-topped leman russ-Rhino while I am re-modelling all my orkz.
