I got the FW Predator Infernus and I set up it with magma melta and sponson heavy flamer.

the rule said when you moving combat speed, only one weapon use full ballistic skill (I use the magma melta)
Other weapon used snap shot..

flamer are template/assault and cannot fire snap shot (only overwatch)

If I understand, I move, I shoot with the big gun, cannot fire flamer....

or I found a hole in the rule ?

Right, you can't fire the Flamer.

Funny, in WWI and WWII tank had flamers and they were able to use it when they moved.... 40 000 years later with all the technology.... they cannot light a lighter and walked in the same time.... lol

The rules were not written to be "Modern day real world" logical.

The rules are an abstract system used to simulate a battle in the year 40,000.

What would happen in the modern day real world has nothing to do with the RAW, or the simulation of a battle fought 38,000 years from now.

Well the rules are an abstraction. Maybe when moving you can't hit the broadside of a barn with a flamethrower.

It's not the size of the blade, it's how you use it.

In all likelihood you would hit yourself or rather the flames would go backwards. Think about a flamethrower on a StockCar.

Sorry, I learned long ago as a very young boy not to piss into the wind. I wouldn't dare try it with a stream of burning liquid :p
