Hey all,

I have now amassed quite a sizable army of PH Thousand Sons, but i am unable to decide how to paint them and what paints to use.
How would you best paint such a scheme? If anyone who has experience in this or knows how could comment with ideas it would be great. Any help would be appreciated!

well judging from this artwork (pic below) i'd say use a dark, deep red with white trims and golden accents on the armor and details... dont think its too hard to achieve

If its GW paints, try base coat of Khorne red followed by mephiston red. Wash with Devlan in the recesses then highlight with something lighter (blood red?). Or for a deeper Red, just wash the whole thing with Devlan then highlight with pure mephiston. Pretty basic but It gives a nice effect on my blood ravens
