Wraiths are ok, make both teams with 4 Whip Coils.

Scarab, without Spiders, are doomed. Drop them.

In Nightscythes I do prefer Warriors. Cheaper and identically effective if considered how you'll have to play them.

Walking Immortals are, even if a good unit, weak vs a lot of firepower. They're slow and in costant need of cover.
You may walk Necrons through the table if escorted by Res. Orbs (and in big units) but just don't hope to go very far with little walking 5x spam units.

For a balanced sestup, according in the dual DL / Annihilation Barges spam combo, I will try to max out th number of flyers available.

At least 3.

Eventually even dropping 1 Annilation Barge for a nice unit of 3x Spyders (and in this case re-integrating Scarabs).

1. I like the idea with theSpyders but for now I only have 1. Deffinatly something I will work on getting a full squad of.

2. I will try and use my NS as transports for other Immortals Fly them on, drop off one squad, fly them off, fly them on picking up 2 back squads, fly them up and redeploy, yadda yadda yadda... I don't want to run an air force but I do want fliers to counter other fliers if need be. Plus like the Spyders, it is something I need to invest more into when I can.

3. I love TAs on DLs. I have killed the rhino and assaulted the squad inside twice now. And once I Precision Shot the sucker and took out a 2 or 3 wound marine carring a power axe before I assaulted the rest of the squad. If I need the points to fit the Spyders in later I might consider it.

4. I don't hate Warriors buy I don't like them either. Plus I know for a fact that there will be at least 2 other Necron guys their running Gauss Immortals and they would blow other warriors to ash and dust.

While the Tacheon Arrow is roughly 10% better with a D.Lord because of prefered enemy, it's still not worth the points.

In squads of 5 or 6, I only run 3 wraiths with whipcoils. 3 just seems to be enough.

I would probably combing the Immortals into 3 or 4 units. I don't see any reasonable use for groups of less than 8. Don't forget that in 1/3 of the missions, you'll have other scoring units on the board (Wraiths in 1 and the barges in another). I would also have 2 units of Gauss to 1 unit of Tesla... personal preference there.

As for the Barges, I'd run them full tesla. That way, you can keep moving them the full 12", because you don't care if you only hit with the little tesla gun on 6's...

I actually like the tach arrows in this case. He doesn't have much anti tank so the arrow should help him more than it would most.

As for your barges, definately run them full tesla. You don't ever want to stay stationary in which case tesla is better against everything including meq.

I would however swap the NS units to warriors as they don't need the added survivablity since they won't do much most the game. Also I would drop 1 immortal squad and witht the points saved from the immortal-warrior exchange buff up the 3 ground immortals to 7/8 man squads. Remember necrons benefit more from being in larger squads than other races due to RP. If your small 5 man squad is wiped in 1 round of shooting then you don't get to make the RP, so you want to increase the chances of at least 1 member surviving so that you can make use of your great RP rule.

Oh and drop the extra whip coil on one of your units, the general rule I find for whip coils is that 1 whip coil for every 2 wraiths is the perfect number. It allows great coverage of the coil slowing while not being too much of a point sink. Use the points to help buff your immortal squads.

Also with no spyder support just be careful how you move/deploy your scarabs. If you keep them out of certain units LOS (instant death/template weapons) then they should do fine.

I could drop the Scarabs all together and get 8 more Warriors(4 for each NS) and an extra WC, but I like having the 3 FAs for the Scouring. I take GC for the under gun on the AB because the TC can't do anything to AV13 and up. With this set up I at least have a valid reson to fire the AB at front armor if I have to(6+ shots that will glance on a 6).

I should note that I do intend to go with a Spyder squad when I have the money, but I can do this army with what I already own.

I really like your list. For some reason, people are still really scared of scarabs, and anything that is shooting at the scarabs isn't shooting at the rest of your army.

just nit picking at this point as the list is fairly solid at this point; drop the warrior squads to 5. They are gona be in those NS' until the last turn to either contest objectives or capture them. Put those remaining points back into your immortal squads. :3

Yeah, love the stormtek+5 warriors in a NS. Just destroys armor...

I'd consider dropping one of the anni barges, one of the immortal squads and pick up three spyders and three more scarabs. People love to shoot at scarabs. I just stick them in front of the wraiths and everyone shoots up the scarabs first giving the wraiths a decent chance to get to my opponents front lines. But you need 13-16 scarab bases to keep up the heat/distraction.
