Dude you can get dota 2 for free and pretty much everyone who playes dota 2 has dota 2 keys.
I have 4.

I sincerely hope no-one takes him up on his "offer". 
Valve have been throwing those keys out like candy lately, and it's a bit sad to see someone trying to sell one.
