Question about the Ghost Ark and Independent Characters attached to a squad...

If an Independent Character (like a Cryptek or Lord or Overlord) is attached to a squad of Warriors is wounded and does not pass its Reanimation Protocol / Ever-living roll, can a Ghost Ark repair the Independent Character with its repair roll?
