So I've got my 1500pt list down to a science but as I scale up I end up taking less than effective units such as lychguard, C'tan, or destroyers. I'd rather shore up some of my weaknesses by adding GKs who contribute dakka and CC prowess. Let me know what you think.

Personally I would drop the brother captain. Way over priced.

I would take an inquisitor in term armor with a psy cannon for like 90.

You could add another small unit with the points difference or try and gey something more effective like a unit of purifiers. I know you cant get them for 140 difference but Maybe a little shaving from the crons could help.

Maybe drop the nightcythe warriors down a bit in size and/or replace them with 5 man immortal units with teslas.

Humm good points, I updated my list above to match. Adds more bodies and hopefully firepower. Still have 41pts to play with, I'm thinkin 3 MM servitors and giving the inquisitor PA, but suggestions are appreciated.

I would giv the inquisitor term armor and a psycannon. Otherwise he will sit in the back to conversion beam ad the mm servitors 24 inchs will be wasted.
