I've got all the Shermans I need, as well as the allied Paras and some M10s a friend gave me (they're the American FiB ones, but they don't really look much different from the BF Brit ones without paint). What I'm confused about, though, is how many suppliers there are (I've seen at least 5 mentioned on this forum alone), which suppliers can get me which units for the best prices, and what I need to buy for each unit. For example, the 25lders; what do I need to buy to get everything I need for them?

If the M10s are packing 3" guns and not 17pdrs then they should be identical apart from the crew.

Battlefront do a 25pdr box with crew, spotters and command in a single box. If you can source crew then you could get Command Decision guns. I made my German 105 battery with command decision guns and Battlefront crew (special order) and saved a bit of cash, I'm sure you could do the same with 25pdrs.

Yeah, they're the 3" guns.

Is the 25lder box you're talking about the BBX09 Royal Artillery Battery?

Yes that gives you everything except the (optional iirc) transports. Zvesda sell Matador trucks for £2.50-£3.00 each which should do for transports.

Okay, so that's the 25lders sorted. Will I need one of those £14 artillery HQ boxes for the sextons, too?

You will need 2 command teams and a staff team for the sextons . You will need to scratch build a table for the staff team (or just buy the BF one). You you give the battery jeeps you could simply mode la map on bonnet of one and use the Skytex officer squad packs for the command teams themselves..

If you can get the special order artillery gun grew set from BF buy it and sell off the buts you don't need on Ebay. You'll probably make most of your money back.
