Hi guys i need help with an ork army list i have the assault on black reach orks and a bommer (not made yet) and i need help with a army list containing

1 HQ

1 ELITE

2 TROOPS

1 OTHER THING FROM THE ORK ARMY

Also any good additions to my army

Ouch... not much to work from here.. tbh, i could not make allot out of this.. you gonna need atleast 40 boyz to get started with orks :/

but how many points were you thinking for your first? around 500?

Honestly I'd build the bommer as the Dakkajet. give it the extra gun + fighta ace.

Let's see AoBR doesn't give you much to work with honestly.
you have some boyz, and some nobz, a warboss, some Deffcoptas.

How many pts are you trying to play?

Not any points it's just to play against my brother so it's just the units i mentioned .

Well it's kinda important to know the pointwise or else the game would not be fair at all.. immagine comming with a 300p list against a 500p list. a big (dis)atvantage there.

I agree with phatonic. If you just use the guys from AOBR and for example you play orks, brother space marines, he would win pretty much every time as the space marines from AOBR are 585pts while the orks are 450 so about 130pts difference overall. In terms of boys thats about 20.
Going with what you've got I'd go:
Warboss with bosspole, power klaw, 'eavy armour, cybork body, attack squig for 120pts
20 boys with 2 big shootas for 130pts
5 nobs with 'eavy armour for 125pts
dakka jet with extra super shoota and fighta ace for 130pts
3 tl rokkit deffkpoptas for 135pts
total around 640pts

The boys from AOBR are sluggas but they aren't fabulous so just say they're shootas or something as then they would actually do something.
If you're vs your brother and he has the AOBR space marines then he could probably bulk it out to 650ish with a few upgrades for his guys as from memory they come pretty raw.

From here you would either go for a speed or footslogging army. Since you've already got a dakkajet, I presume you are going more speed so just invest in a couple of trukks to whack the boys and nobs in. They work well in low point games and are cheap is chips on ebay... relative to other GW stuff that is...
