DKOK. They come with +1 weapon skill and die hards so they dont suffer

 So there is the fists to deal with terminators or light vehicles, meltaguns for heavy vehicles, bodies for meatshield, engineers for deep striking magma template followed by either a I10 attack or demo charge, then the 2 throw away units of death riders to deal to 
MEQs with I5 S6 hits on the charge at ap3.
 
 Note with 
DKOK, infantry squads have the option to switch their lasguns for laspistols and 
CCW if you want to go all out melee.
 
 This could be changed to the normal 
IG codex by changing the fists to swords and switching the engineers to storm troopers. You would also want to invest in a commissar or two then and maybe with the extra points take another small platoon.
 
 If you do go traditional 
IG, probably best to go catachans, so take Straken, Harken and Marbo for a hard 
CCS, and a couple of sneaky/infiltratey gits.
