First up on the docket is only one Cryptek per disapline can have the optional wargear per Overlord or named HQ choice. Fixing that will net ya a few more points to spend on stuffs. On that note, being new to the new Necrons, you want to be careful with the Royal Court options, you might find yourself sinking a considerable amount of points into that squad starting off due to the choices they offer you. Next up is you got the right idea with the Night Scythes; the problems Necrons have is almost all the army runs at that I2 and thats the Achilles heel to the army. Its wise to keep the infantry options off the board as long as possible, especially warriors, until late game.
As for your list, I only see a few things Id fix.
The Crypteks, Id drop them from the list, your goal is to be assaulting with your command squad (Ill get to them in a second). Buy up a res orb lord for the Command squad of Lych Guards and Anrkyr (as he doesnt come with one) to keep that group alive with RP rolls.
The Immortals are spot on, keep em in that Night Scythe or if you think you can knock out a group with a disembarked group, go for it. Keep the Scythes doing squares over them to pick them back up after they have finished up with a group to ferry them to the next or to an objective.
The Lychguard... hmm. Ya see, these guys are slightly over priced (IMO, but YMMV dependent on how you use them). However, if your going to keep them, you WILL need to get them a Night Scythe. The more time these guys spend getting to the enemy is wasted points. So, again, keeping them means Night Scythe is a must!
To help pay for that, we move to the next section and its a two parter.
The Heavy Destroyers got a nice boost at sixth. The Str 9 AP2 shot is pretty nice at 36" too. Personally, Id keep these guys. They fit a nice roll of both Anti vehicle, and anti-Heavy Support. The second option is to drop the Doom Scythe, as its role is still covered by the Heavy Destroyers; which I might add, you should break up into two groups of two to take out two things at once. Pick up a Night Scythe with these points for your command squad, use the left over points to buy three Wraiths to back up your Lych Guard unit and drop their targets to I1 with WC. Use the left over points to pick up a Storm Cryptek and stick him with one of the Immortal groups. Drop them on a hard target like a Land Raider and watch that Voltic Staff tear it apart!
All the changes should put ya up to 1495, five points to spare. :3
