So with 5th ed am I right in saying that a vehicle (with the exemption of the leman russ) could not move and fire a ordnance weapon. Now that you can in 6th, I presume you can move and fire the massive missiles from a manticore? Only 6" of course...

I don't think that was a rule in 5th.
Thought it was something like if you move you can only fire your Ord, but Lumbering allowed you to fire 1 extra?
