What do you think, any way i can improve?

Considering the up shooty lists got in 6th edition, it looks good. May want to have one assault focused mob of sluggas or Nobs just to do some of that kind of work too. I’m still new to 40k though, so that may not be considered competitive.

i would drop the tank bustas for more boys. Tank bustas are just usless.

Reduce the size of the loota squads to 10 so they can go to ground, they're one unit you dont necessarily want to be fearless. Tankbustas are not great, about the only reasonable thing is bomb squigs and if you take a tankhammer, it replaces your rokkit so in your unit of 8 you'd have 6 rokkits and 2 tankhammers. For this sort of list I cant see them contributing much so would suggest removing them.
Always always get power klaws on you normal mobs of boys. So I would exchange the tankbustas for pks on all the nobs and then max out the other 15 squad to 20 with 2 big shootas. I would not suggest foot slogging slugga boys as they're the worst at shooting. At least with shootas they have to shots and then at 3 attacks on the charge, still out do most other units. I presume the big mek is with the shoota boys, so could be good to give him a burna as well.
Then if points permit an ADL for your lootas as well.

I would say transfer tankbustas over to be more lootas. Drop lootas to 10 and maybe even out the shootamobs by transfering some boys over between mobs. Or use the x15 mob as a slugga combat mob that runs behind the shootas as a countercharge unit. OR infront as a meatshield unit. (but then you could just get 2-3 times as many grots for that price.
