I was wondering what do the EC have as specific units and what do they get as their armies special rule.

Do you mean the Forge World version?

There they get a speed/movement boost for running and sweeping advances, the Martial Pride rule (in essence: need to accept challenges) and get access to the Palatine Blade Squad (elite swordsman drawn from/reflecting the Emperor's Children's duelling tradition).
