Step 1) Decide what you want to use as troops:
"Normal" GK
Strike squads are great, terminators are decent.
You have the most freedom to choose whatever HQ you want.
Purifiers
Crowe is not very good in this edition, but you need to take him
expensive marines that deal a lot of shooting damage and a lot of combat damage
Expensive marine that are no more durable than any other MEQ unit, so you probably want transports for mobility and protection.
Paladins
Draigo is good, and you need to take him for Paladin Troops.
Paladin lists consist of 1 giant brick of a Deathstar and some supporting units.
Henchmen
Coteaz is a great HQ unit. One of the best in 40k at the moment.
Henchmen are high Damage, low durability unit.
You will probably want transports for protection and mobility.
The "Grand Strategy"
If you are running a normal Grandmaster, you get Grand Strategy.
You can have Scoring Interceptors, Dreads, ect. Anything you want. You can take fewer troops and still have enough scoring units.
Step 2) Support the weaknesses of the GK army
Weaknesses of GK are varied depending on your choice for step 1, but in general they are:
Short (ish) range: 24" is okay but not great
Low model count. Gk can be very expensive per model, depending on the build.
Short range is countered with Fast units or Long Range shooting units.
good Fast units:
Storm Raven
Interceptors
Knights with Teleporters
good Long range units
Dreadnoughts
Razorbacks
Henchmen
Low model count is countered by having Durable Scoring units, or by having a lot of dangerous units to create a threat overload.
======
Most GK models can represent many different units in the codex. You can basically build whatever you want with the models you have. most GK players represent different units with paint rather than anything on the model itself.
Grey knights in power armor can be Interceptors, Strike Squads, Purgation squads or Purifiers.
Grey knights in Terminator Armor can be Paladins or normal Terminators.
Some of the models you listed are not very good, or do not have the best options built on them.
Vindicare is the only consistent assassin
the best gun for a Knight is the Incinerator
Techmarine with conversion beamers are not great
the Storm raven really needs the Multi-Melta on the front.

Thanks for a reply, so, do you think I can build something competitive with the list I purchased?

You probably have the start of a decent Draigo-Paladin Deathstar list.
Draigo
Librarian
10 Paladins with 4 Psycannons, and a mix of weapons.
Support them with a few dreadknights and dreadnoughts. and you have the start of a list.
Another option would be a "Grand Strategy" style mixed list.
Grand Master (possibly using one of your HQ models)
Troops would be Strike squads and Terminators (though not a ton of them)
Then you could add in some Purifiers and Intercpetors which can take advantage of Grand Strategy to be made scoring or given scout.
Support them with some Dreadnoughts and a Knight or 2.
