I want a list for Khador that involves a Winter Guard Death-star.... I hate Jacks so the least amount of jacks i have THE BETTER!

Now I'm kind of hoping for a list that involves these units

Epic Sorscha!!!! (I would use Butcher as well, and if you find another Warcaster to use please tell why as I am kind of new.)
(Optional Jack, please put why you would put that jack)

Winter Guard Max + UA + 3 Rockets = 11
Field Gun Crew = 2
Uncle Joe = 2

I usually play 20-30 points so if you would not mind making 20,25,30 point list I would love you!

Field Gun Crew

and another merc, Vesh or Gorman jump to mind for the last 2 points, maybe Alten if you play against a lot of hordes guys normally

I think the above list is pretty solid, and I second the choice of beast09 with eSorscha as IIRC he has affinity Sorscha so he can be bonded to her even though he is a character. Another caster I would consider is pIrusk as I hear he's pretty good and he likes infantry also (I don't have much Khador experience either, they're my long term project as I plan on finishing my other armies first.)

Sorscha gives a buff directly to the Winterguard though, even before we get into her spells and what not. I don't think Irusk does the same.

Sweet thanks for the help! Now I do have one question... gorman is he a good choice? I dont know a lot about warmachine...

Gorman has a lot of utility, corroding people, blinding them at inopportune (for the opponent) times, and generally being a nuisance.

So Im wondering for Forward Kommander Sorscha, her teir list says that Two Winter Guard units, does that mean if I include a Winter Guard Infantry and Winter Guard Field Gun that will be two?

Unless it has changed form the forces of book you need 2 WG Infantry units as it says WG Infantry. However if it has been changed to WG units then Infantry, Rifles, Mortar, or Field-gun will work.

I would rarely take field guns or mercs over the wealth of better options khador has. there's better ways to spend the points. try:
esorcha
kodiak (bonded)
full winterguard infantry with WAs and UA
kovnik joe
and then any min/max mixture of either/or/both of manowar shocktroopers and kayazy with the UA

honestly, the rocketeers are iffy at best, and the 3 extra bodies really arent gonna make too much difference. if you cut them, you could do max kayazy and UA, max manowar shocktroopers, and be right at 35 pts. I have used this list to shut down many of the harderst casters and armies to face, most recently being the harbinger, who is a hard counter to sorcha's great buffs.

OH YEAH, I FORGOT THE WHY I'D BRING A JACK.
Period, you need at least one jack in warmachine. It's damn near impossible to get around the warjacks your opponent brings when you don't have at least one of your own. I suggest the kodiak because he's got the TWO BEST QUALITIES THAT EVERY JACK IN THE GAME WISHES FOR WHEN THEY SAY THEIR BEDTIME PRAYERS:
cheap (8pts gets you armor 20, chain attack: smash 'n' grab, pathfinder, decent power fists, vent steam [which can have some LOS controlling applications as well as damaging lt infantry] and heavy boiler)
and
efficient (you will only ever give him focus on the turn he charges in and kills a caster or jack. If you have eSorcha, pButcher, or Strakhov, this will be feat turn only).
