I'm a big ol' nerd in tabletop RPGs but a complete newb to tabletop wargaming. A friend of mine twisted my arm into playing 40k for the first time a few months back and I've gotta say, I'm hooked.

I don't have an army yet but I'm going to assemble a horde of CSM and Daemons in the near future.

Most of my strategic/ tactical experience comes from video games, primarily the total war series, but I think I'm adapting pretty quickly to 40k rules. Expect to see me in the Tactics forum.
I've started painting a few minis. I'm in the process of painting a box of Chaos Cultists, so expect to see me in the painting and modification forums as well.
