So I have 2 deimos rhinos and I'm thinking of turning them into trukks, but can I?
This would be more of a looted wagon in a fluff standpoint but my army already has 2 of those and I really need some dedicated transports. I'm sorta outta cash and I hope that this might do. I've looked around and I see a lot of other people doing the same thing. Nah I like it, I'd say these are completely legal IMO, Sadly my opinion matters little but I'd never stop you from using these things.

Do you have access to a trukk? if so put them side by side. If it's around the same size you're all good. But I'd let you play using them anyways, as it's really cool and Orky

Honestly if it looks good an orkie people wont mind at all that it counts as a trukk.

Stick it side by side with the old ork trukk and it's probably larger to be honest.
It looks a bit shorter than the current one. As long as it looks cool though people prolly won't QQ much

It's orks, creativity is generally a good thing.

If you play like a guy who likes to be creative with orky design than I wouldn't have a problem with it.

If you play like a TFG and take advantage of it's size in some form or fashion I'll make a big deal about it. If we aren't in a tourny situation I'll prolly just not play you again.

50% GW parts, looks like it can cart a bunch of boyz and make sure you are not abusing the rules with how it is made and you should be fine. For instance I have a battle wagon made out of a Dark Eldar Ravager, the Hindenburg, and springs. Basicly a Blimp with springs and a dark eldar body (with some more bits like Rhino sides and a eldar bright lance in front for a zzzap gun.) So far not one judge at a tourny has said boo in ten years.
