Recently got a box of seekers of slaanesh and am looking to get another so I can run a unit of 10. I'm wondering what advice I could get from those who might have run them in 6th. Judging by their low toughness it seems they're best used as a road bump for the enemy's shooting. In other words I'm thinking I should pair them with my flamers or something equally nasty if left alone so my opponent will be forced to either split fire or at least take some heat off one of my units. Suggestions?

There's no reason to run anything other than Screamers, unless you're going for theme/intentionally gimping yourself.

Yeah unless your going for a fluff/allies list, screamers are just such good value in the daemons codex

I dunno. I like the models and I like the fluff. I'll take screamers if I feel the need and those are cool models too, but I've found flamers to be more than enough so far. I play in a more not so much WAAC setting.

I played a game today with 10 seekers. They did pretty well. Forced a blob of necron warriors to break, cut them down, and was on their way to destroying some XV-88s before the opponents called the game (it was 2v2). For what they are worth they are basically very fast daemonettes with an extra attack for a couple of extra points each. Taken with my squad of 20 daemonettes and squad of 6 flamers they did pretty good. The flamers took most of the brunt of the enemy fire first and left the seekers relatively unmolested. I had about 6 left by the end of the game.
