So this is probably pretty obvious but I was looking for an answer.
Some one had a unit embarked in a rhino that was 5 inches from a piece of ruins that would cause a dangerous terrain test for the transport.
He states to me that he wants to move 12 inches forward to block a unit of mine from reachine an objective and rolls the dangerous terrain immobilizing his rhino after only moving 5 inches. He then declares he wants to disembark as he only moved 5 inches.
Is it correct to assume (this is how we actually did it) that since he didnt actually move over 6 he was still ok to disembark? Basically he got out and moved the six as for normal diembarking and took the objective.
Seemed legit to us as he never moved the full 12. Sound right?

Yep, it's legit. We have a Guard player at our store who always moves Chimeras backwards over difficult terrain for this reason, so they can disembark if it gets immobilized.
