I'm newbie on DakkaDakka, but i sign in for start my Army Blog - The 2nd Regiment of Firstborn from Vostroya.

Two squads without heavy weapons team - I must only paint the bases' sides black.




My count-as Sly Marbo: Soldat Niedzwiedziev (his was Niedzwiedziev because I use that name for my Dakkadakka User Name)

It's my first army when I paint the vehicles and use the battle damage, but I like the effect.

Really cool dudes, how'd you do your weathering?

I like the increased use (as opposed to other firstborn armies I've seen) of brass on the tanks. It really helps tie everything together IMO.

I'm weathering using foam (from blisters, for example: http://andrathswargaming.blogspot.com/2011/01/how-to-do-foam-weathering.html ). I use it to paint whole vehicles not only weathering.

So, half of The 1st platoon from 2nd Firstborn Regiment.
