Wondering on peoples opinions on the best US Paratrooper book.

I haven't tried NUTS! out yet, but some of the locals seem to really not like it. I'm not pleased that they chopped down the size of the platoons by a full third. I started out using Hells Highway, and then moved onto Turning Tide, but I'm starting to think I like Hells Highway more, with the British armored support being a bit better since you get the Firefly's with them.

I've tried all three. NUTS is my favorite. Then Turning Tides. I never did like Hells highway.

It has the most support options of the 3. You can take C/T or C/V Shermans that can be customized, rather then all must be 75mm M4A1's or all 76mm. Up to two platoons of C/V M18 Hellcats. A bunch of extra infantry options, Armored Doughs (C/T or C/V) Glider Infantry and Engineers (C/V), An extra Parachute Rifle or Engineer platoon, or even a R/V Rifle platoon. The artillery has a bunch of options as well, 2 Batteries of M3 105mm or M1A1 75mm. You have a choice between a C/T or C/V M7 Priests Battery. Also worth mentioning is you can take 155mm batteries. Also you get all the warriors from Easy Company. Which is nice.

NUTS is the best in my opinion because of Toccoa Sgts rule and access to the american TD's and arty. The Hell's Highway is probably the least effective because I feel the british shermans are way overpriced just to get a single firefly in a tank platoon. If you want some american paratroopers with Firefly support you are better off playing the Guards armored list from hell's highway with airborne support because the Guards can get 2 Firefly's per platoon if you are really looking to power game.

The black rage is within us all. Lies offer no shield against the inevitable. You speak of donning the black of duty for the red of brotherhood; but it is the black of rage you shall wear when the darkness comes for you.
