It's not my list, but it interested me a lot so I wanna try it. I think that it is very powerful in close combat, really hard to stop. Imotekh is crucial, beacause it gives us night which can help fighting vs i.e. other necrons, he help by increasing vitality of scarabs and provide some firepower

Im also thinking of adding third Night Scythe with 5 NW, and rejecting one TS, few warriors on foot and gloom prisms.

Biggest issue with a Scarab farm list is if you have a single unit of Scarabs, they can be wiped out before you're able to get them big enough to be a threat.

I play Crons. If I were playing against this list, first turn I woulod kill 8 scarabs, and not worry abotu anything else. Growth threat eliminated.

Agreed.
As much as it pains me to say this, you should probably replace one of those Wraith units with more Scarabs...

But crons in night would have serious problem, solar pulse aint frequent choice now, especially in dakka crons with NS and barges. And when squad of those scarabs is hidden behind wraiths it gets stealth/shrouded so it increases their survivability, they might be even more than 36" in first turn, and then I'll produce more of them.

Nevertheless I see what the problem, and only thing I can do here is increase number of scarabs in this unit, wraiths are too important I think. Even if opp concentrate fire on scarabs I still have 9 monstrous creature and 12 wraiths, quite hard to kill and quite dangerous.
