Evenin' all.

Seasons greetings and all that jazz, hope your having a good one.

Anyways the lovely wife has bought me a Leman Russ Demolisher kit and am gonna get straight into it tomorrow morning as she takes the kids to her mums for a few days. Yay me!

I will probably use this kit as an Executioner for the most part but I always try to make all my kits fully interchangeable so should I fancy a Demolisher or Punisher for a few games I can represent it correctly without forking out for
extra kits needlessly.

What I am basically asking of you guys are for any tips regarding the most effective methods of doing this. I have a good range of magnets etc. Any tips on sponsons would be much appreciated as well. (differing weapons and sponsons/no sponsons at all)

This might sound lazy as I'm sure the most of you noble fellows have figured this out by yourself but as I have 3 glorious days of 'boartime' I intend to make the most of it. I've got quite a few bits of plastic crack to get through and I'm gonna smoke the lot.

Thanks in advance

Boar

If it’s the newest kit the all the guns and add-ons should be pressure fit able otherwise magnets would be best. Though for the actual sponson Im not sure if they can be pressure fitted (probably needs to be magnetized)

Yeah its the newest kit. That is great news about pressure fitting turret pieces. Thumbs up GW on that one. I assume the sponsons themselves do not pressure fit onto the hull (cant see how it would). I have no problems magnetizing the weapons to the sponsons. It's just the sponsons themselves. I might just leave them in place as I will be using it as an Executioner most of the time. It's just if I want to take a Demolisher I really dont fancy having the sponsons on it.

Hey Wildboar!!

If you want to magnetize, glue the magnets to the inside of the Russ' sponsons. They will fit pretty sug as it is, but those cool little rare eatrh magnets will work great!!

Hope that helps out
