For the hive tyrant, indescribable horror isn't that good and I don't knoe if adrenal glands are necessary, since they won't help against vehicles (smash attack) and your tyrant will be wounding most units on 2s anyway. Implant attack is ok I've never tried it on my HT but it could work. Heavy venom cannon is again ok but your ranged AT is pretty limited.

What psychic powers will you use for for the tyrant? Also will you use codex powers or get psychic powers from the codex for the broodlord?

This army has a lot of synapse so unless you really want the extra 6 shots from the trygons being primes one or both could be dropped down to regular trygons.

if you could find the points I would suggest that you take a 10 man termagaunt squad and make the tervigon a troop choice.

Also you might want some form of ranged at (hive guard zoans probably) since your hormagaunts can't hurt vehicles at all.

There might be too many points sunk into upgrades for your stealers and hormagaunts, but if they make it into close combat they will be very powerful.
