Although I only currently have 3 of the models in this list (come on lottery numbers), I wondered what you guys think of this. I personally know that when I bring this to my friends’ Nurgle or Imperial Guard army, he should have a good ‘pant-fill’.

I am looking to field a 1500 point list. I have left some stuff ‘open’ as I am up for suggestions on load-outs on the Baal Predators and The Storm Raven. I really want to make this as ‘TANK-HEAVY’. Blow as many transport vehicles up as possible, forcing enemy units to have to disembark, then keep mowing them down up until the point I can jump out and get the priests to give the assault squads furious charge and feel no pain at the enemy. This is a ‘what are objectives’ list, but you know, everyone loved tanks!

HQ and Priests will each ride in one of the razorbacks to get some protection and help the squads out. Here we go!

Why the dozer blade spam? What weapons on the razorbacks? I would suggest las/plas on them. Other than that looks mobile. Maybe a squad in the stormraven also?

I want to get in to action as fast as possible so the Dozer Blades are just to try and get through that difficult terrain asap.

Also, do we think I should go with Assault Cannons or Flamestorm cannons (or a split) for the Baals? And how would you kit the storm raven out? Advice would be great on this please thanks!

At least drop the dozers from the lascannon predators and possibly from the baals aswell. I usually run my stormraven with TL MM and either TL AC or PC. hurricane bolters are a waste of points.

Ditch all the dozers saves you a good few points and change the preds to auto las. A good build for baals is ass cannon heavy flamer. also I would add some melta guns onto the assault squads

Hurricane bolters on the Storm Raven are not a waste of points at all. You never know when the hordes will show up: Orks or Nids. If you are dumping 200 pts, its worth 30 pts more to increase its versatility a lot.

Keep the dozer blades. There's nothing worse than an immobilized fast vehicle.

I would definitely go las/plas on the razors.

You don't really need dozer blades on the las cannon razors do you? I mean they reach across the table as it is. The plasma would be for those that get too close. I agree about keeping the hurricane bolters on the SR though.

You have plenty of firepower so why not think about Flamestorm Cannons on the Baal's? They can get a first turn burn with Scout and a decent move.

Some good suggestions here. I'm going to try this with flamestorm cannons first time around and see what happens.

I have driven my autolas preds through all kinds of crappy terrain in order to get the shots I needed.
