I've spent hours converting 1 of my 5 Warbosses, and even longer on his Nob retinue.

I don't even know how many hours I've put in on my Deffkopta -> Warbike conversions and I'm fairly sure my new Battlewagon is going to go through lots of conversion.

I don't like 'Ard boyz though. The 4+ armor isn't worth the 4 points and you could just buy another boy with the points you save.

I am converting a little bit but just trying to have good quality models with no mold lines and a good paint job.
I might just make the ard boyz and run them as normal boyz as i think they look really cool.

In 5th Edition, I loved my 'Ard Boyz, but with the new Overwatch roolz and stuff, I think you're better off using them as Trukk boyz (put dem in da trukk) or 'Ard Shoota Boyz......I guess.

I'm currently playing foot sloggaz dude. But I'm going to make them tomorrow as they look awesome and just use them as boyz.

Did by any chance you try converting a mek into a loota? I tried today but it still just looks like a big shoota.

Actually, I have.

I didn't add any cool gunz to him, but I just gave him his KMB and sent him off as a Loota.

I know it isn't much, but I haven't really used a Mek before. I plan to get a KFF Mek the next time I go to the store.

I played the mek on Thursday and he did absolutely nothing. I really think its bs that you only get 4 lootaz and a mek in every box!!!!,

i spend more time than i should on each model.
i only buy orks and i kinda look at each model as an individual and think about how to paint him.
