Hi folks,

more or less the last big posting in 2012... I recently was approached to sell my Warzone forces.
I gave in and sold my Capitol army, but it brought back some nice memories since I always loved Warzone. A real nice game that was IMO way superior to that 40K edition of that time.
Anyway, I decided to take some pics of my two armies and here they are...
(Be kind, I painted these years and years ago!)

Capitol

Free Marines

Martian Banshees

Desert Scorpions

Inquisition

Mishima

Crimson Devil

Ronin Samurai

Tiger Dragon

Hatamoto

Dragon Bike

Combat Warhead

Suicide Warhead

Ashigaru

Dude those looks sweet as!

Awesome work. Love the koi jet-bike.

Well the Dragon Bike was definitely a great it, only the rider was as awkward posed as it gets...
And being all metal it was always a pain to balance on the plastic "stick".

Your paint really brought those to life. I was not fan of the Warzone minis until I saw these.

They are lovely.
I entered the hobby through Warzone too. Mishima with a smartering of Imperial and Bauhaus that I use as IG.

Pity that you gave them away. I won't

Jenkins: You don't have jurisdiction here!
Smith Jamison: We aren't here, which means when we open up on you and shred your bodies with automatic fire then this will never have happened.

These are very well done and look like a whole lot of fun to paint!

Those look great! Also they remind me of 2nd edition 40k... which is totally a good thing, IMO. Ahhh memories. Never played Warzone though...

They look great. I don't have many of the warzone figures but they were large chunky things and feel good when painted in bold styles. You seem to have all but the Mishma figures I had, which were called Bushido I think and had one doing a high kick. Like you I parted with them a while ago.

I don't know the other stuff I have, but they are good for RPGs and things. They were a fun range, you've done them well.

The Bushido Samurai are actually on my unpainted lead pile, they were from the 2nd edition Warzone batch which never really took flight...
