Played a mini-tourney last night and finished tied for 1st!

Anyways, a couple questions.

1. If a vehicle takes 3 hits, 2 Pens 1 Glance, it has 3 HP's and is now Wrecked, we roll to see what the pens do and, they are 2 crew shaken. Once the unit inside disembarks, what are the limitations on that group during their next turn?

2.Vehicle is now a wreck and as of the BRB becomes battlefield debris, my carnifex wants to move over it, BRB says difficult and dangerous terrain. Is there any reason I wouldn't be able to just walk over it?

3. A unit that is broken and on the run is charged by another unit. a) Does it over watch? b) if the over watch works and the charge FAILS what happens to the unit afterwards, is it still broken?

Thanks as always guy! Any reasons/page numbers I've missed would be great!

All from memory, someone with a rule book at hand will be more helpful

1) treated as shaken

2) if carnifex ignored difficult or dangerous terrain, move on over. Otherwise roll for difficult movement and dangerous check.

3) need to look this one up. You'd think I'd know this one, but I can't recall assaulting a broken unit in 6th Ed... Odd.

1. Why are they treated as shaken?

Because the rules state passengers are shaken - BRB FAQ. The fact the vehicle is now destroyed isnt really relevant.

As for why they're shaken, p. 80 says passengers must make snap shots in their next shooting phase. Since the rule doesn't make any indication that not being in the vehicle would change this effect it continues until after the unit's next shooting phase.

For the unit falling back they would get their overwatch shots per p. 30 and then the charging unit would roll their charge distance. If the charging unit is found to be in range the falling back unit would need to test to regroup or be destroyed. However, if the overwatch causes the charge to fail and the charging unit can't reach the unit falling back then their is no regroup test and so the falling back unit continues to fall back until they are able to regroup normally. Page 31 in the BRB would be the reference for this process.
