A while ago I stumbled across an insanely well painted terrorgheist / zombie dragon, with glossy blood effects and other nifty highend techniques used.

I fail to find the picture. I found it on coolminiornot.com if I am not mistaken, with more views linked in the comment. Please help me find it!

I believe it is Karol Rudyks winning entry to UK GD 2012, diorama entry I think. I tried googling to pull up the image but my cursory search didnt find any full pictures.
