Subject: good colour for flesh in the hobby starter set.
Based on the listed colors in the 40k hobby starter set, you'll have to mix to get a flesh tone. Alternately, you could use Ushabti Bone or Mournfang Brown. Personally, I would just pick up one of the many fleshtones they have in their lineup now.

Here is Ushabti Bone with an Agrax Earthshade wash, a bit of brown to bring up the color of the bone wouldn't hurt at all. I'd recommend you think of getting the Fleshshade wash, as Iget pretty good results with that (I use it over Rakarth Flesh).
