Here are some harlequins that I got to paint just a little while ago. The last batch I did had the harlequins in mostly black and white with only one strong color each. This set had different directions- I was actually to match each unit to one harlequin's color scheme.

The result is these Harlies in bold colors. Very different from the last set I did.

Good and colourful. Black, red and yellow are my favorite colours so I like these overall.

I think I remember your black and white harlies(or could be mistaken?) a while ago, and I think those had kind of more character in them than these. Don't be mistaken, these look very good too.

The other ones have a very different feel to them, I think they were a little creepier.



I'm rather happy with just how different these two sets came out. The two clients actually know and play against one another, and I'm glad their forces are so distinct.

As a purely structural question (the paintjob is awesome, but you already know that): Do you do anything to provide extra stability to these models? (Also, are these finecast, or metal?) I know that the very flimsy contact point with the base can make harlequins fragile, as well as being difficult to pin.
