Interesting, Kor'sarro Khan with no bikers and a very limited number of units to benefit from the ability to outflank and no transports to go with it.
So it looks like Kor'sarro is probably free lancing it or going with the flamer squad and I'm not sure what the chaplains doing... terminator armour to go with the terminators?
What I'd change is make the IG side a solid immovable firebase, with a fast outflanking space marine force assisted by the astropath. So for the IG I'd loose the master of the fleet, and definitely nork. 110pts for an orgyn? right. With plasma vets in a chimera, I wouldn't waste points on camo netting as its always moving, only indirect artillery really benefit from it. I'd loose the vets squad and take a platoon so you can get more guys into your available allies troop slot. Then with a PCS and maybe 3 squads all with lascannons and meltguns they would for a solid fire base. Regimental standard on your CCS and another lascannon. Then an ADL with a quad gun for CCS to man. Sabre defense platform also in ADL with guardsmen. Other options like an artillery battery could compete for the heavy support slot but thats points dependant.
Then for the marines put Korsarro with vanguard vets with SS and LC etc in a razor back. 10 man Tactical squads in rhinos with plasma guns and heavy weapons in combat squads. All of these outflanking. Scout squad with teleport homer for terminators and chaplain to lock onto. Loose land speeder typhoon and take another stormtalon. I dont know what the mortis contemptor does so will leave it at that. To make use of being the bike boss could take a bike squad with 3 bikers and attack bike which would count as a troops choice. Then a combi melta on the sergeant, 2 melta guns and a multimelta on the attack bike which also all outflank.
At the moment I just dont see the two allies complementing each other much.

If your attack is going too well, you have walked into an ambush

The easy way is always mined
