I've got a game against a CSM player in a couple of days and wrote up the following list-

D. Lord + SSW + MSS = 160pts
Overlord + WS + SSW + MSS + RO = 160pts

10 Immortals = 170pts
+ Stormtek + LF = 35pts

8 Warriors = 104pts
+ Destructek + SP = 55pts
+ Ghost Ark = 115pts

5 Warriors = 65pts
+ Destructek = 35pts

5 Deathmarks = 95pts
+ Despairtek + VoD = 55pts

6 Canoptek Wraiths + 6 WC = 270

2 Ahnihilation Barges = 180pts

TOTAL: 1,449pts

I don't really know anything about the other player's army other than the high probability he'll field a winged Demon Prince.

I'm using my Lychguard to proxy the Deathmarks, have 12 warrior models, 10 Scarab swarms, a lord, a cryptek and an Overlord I'm not using and all three vehicles are magnetized. Any thoughts/suggestions?

With a WDP on the board, you need a Night Scythe. The number of S7 skyfire shots the thing throws should put at least two wounds on it, and ground it if you are lucky so the rest of your army can blow the living crap out of it.

drop the random 5 Warriors + a DestroTek for the Scythe, and put the Immortals in it.

Alas I am bereft of Nightscythes.

I have dropped the first warrior squad along with their destructek (SP went to the other one) and the GA and put in a squad of 10 Immortals with a rezlord instead for their tesla snapfire goodness.

This does leave me with precious few anti-tank options though, as the best my barges can do is glance AV13. Other than that it's all on the stormtek, warscythes and lucky wraith rending hits...

I think that with so many characters in your units (crypteks mostly) and the small size of the units, you are practically giving away chaos boons.
Something else... 3 whipcoils is the sweet spot for a group of 5-6 wraiths. That'll free up 30 more points somewhere else.
Basically, I think that you just need more feet on the ground (but a Night Scythe or 2 would help... can you proxy? Is there a bakery near where you are playing?)
