Yeah, it looks pretty casual. I'm not sure of the benefit of taking the lord commissar and CCS with regimental standard is. I would probably loose the Lord commissar, and the power sword on the CCS.
Does the PCS in platoon A have 3 plasmaguns? If not make it so. For platton B I would be tempted to upgrade all the HBs to autocannons. An easy way to pay for this would be to loose the scout sentinel.
The LRBT doesn't benefit much from sponsons as they snapfire when the battle cannon goes off so probably just take it raw. You dont really want to be dropping the executioner as you have a bit of a lack of ap2 at the moment so I would keep it in there.
The one unit of chimera vets wont be able to do much as its the easiest vehicle kill so will probably go first. I'd be tempted to loose that and the basilisk and take 2 medusas with bastion breacher shells. They're vulnerable only being able to direct fire, but the russes would probably be inbetween them and the enemy anyway. On a side note you cant issue orders to units in vehicles to the vets vox wont help much.
Or following your suggestion, drop the executioner+Lord Commissar and take 2 LRBT, also loose the upgrades on the current one. Then I'd loose the scout sentinel and basilisk and take another melta vets squad in a chimera. Then also loose the power sword on CCS and all the voxes to upgrade the HBs to autocannons.

I'm sorry, but where was your anti-tank? An army with even a fair amount of AV12, much less AV13-14 would be more or less invincible against this list.
