Just picked up a bottle of ace harware white primer ($3.50 wooooo!) but im a bit concerned with my technique. I sprayed it from about 8" (as it said on the bottle, usually its a bit farther but my first burst was showing some air-drying so i got closer). The issue is that It's not white. The flat areas like the shoulderpads are a nice white, but the crevices are more of a lightened grey as less paint hit them. I did that to prevent globbing up details on the more exposed areas. Did I do good, or should I have been more liberal with the can?
Sorry no pics, my camera is balls
