Just wanted to say hi

Been reading through a lot of the forum lately in search of help and ideas. So far it seems like a wealth of knowledge. I used to play 40k back in school but recently got the urge to buy some figures and get painting again! I'm more intested in the painting than the playing this time around and my wallet has already taken a few big hits at the local GW shop.

Will post some of my first figures later on.

Cheers

Hey there, welcome to dakka. I went through basically the same process, played in school (primary) and then dropped it, then picked it up one time I was bored and haven't stopped since (about 4 years).

Whereabouts in Australia do you come from?

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

I did that initially, I think I still have some models i bought initially unpainted, to my shame. But I've managed to start reigning it in...finally.
