I've been trying to combine these 2 armies for some time, it's been rather difficult...
Here's what I think would be a relatively balanced army, let me know what you think:

HEADQUARTERS:

Captain, artificer armor, combi-plasma, hellfire rounds, lightning claw, 150pts

TROOPS:

Tactical squad, PW, meltabombs, flamer, ML, razorback TLLC, 265pts
Tactical squad, PW, meltabombs, meltagun, ML, razorback TLLC, 270pts

FAST-ATTACK:

Stormtalon, CML, 155pts

HEAVY-SUPPORT:

Mortis-pattern Contemptor Dreadnought, dual Kheres ACs, CML, 215pts

BLACK TEMPLARS:

HEADQUARTERS:

Master of Sanctity, TDA, storm bolter, adamantine mantle, 175pts
Emperor's Champion, AACNMTO, 140pts

ELITES:

6 Assault Terminators (3LCs, 3TH/SSs), furious charge, 258pts
LRC, searchlight, smoke launcher, 269pts

5 initiates, plasma cannon, 100pts

TOTAL: 1997pts

I'm using the BT termies as a deathstar, the EC will join them in the LRC and I will shove them down the throat of the nastiest enemy unit, they're gonna attract a lot of firepower. Meanwhile, the razorbacks will bring the combat-squads midfield with the Captain and hopefully lock the center down. The other 2 combat squads with the MLs will objective-camp in deployment zone. I will try to find some good cover for the Mortis Contemptor, if there are no aerial threats then he will push forward to provide support, the Stormtalon will add AA support.

I could drop the LRC to free up a lot of points but I really want to be able to get the BT termies in assault quick and I think it's the best way to do it.

I would make the shooty Crusaders into a CC squad and follow up the LRC, but thats just the zeal talking.
