I'm looking to start painting a set of Salamander Terminators I've just finished building. Problem is, having never painted power weapons before (Kinda new to 40K modelling), I don't really know which paints are best. I'm aiming to get an orange blended look, with lightning picked out in a hue of orange/yellow. Having no experience with paints outside of citadel I wish to keep it within the citadel range. So, any recommendations for paints to use? - i'll probably be using them for any flame motifs as well.

power weapons can be any color. They can be red, white, blue, green, purple, orange, etc. Try and pick either a tertiary or compliment to your primary color on your model.

If you're going for orange, start with a dark, medium, and bright orange. Make the center darker and highlight the edges. You can search the forum for techniques.
