Bane Lord Tartar Sauce

Oxford, Great Britain

It appears I did quite well in the UK tournament scene last year. So much so that Rankings HQ puts me at number 13 in the UK. Some guys have decided to run an invitational tournament using Rankings HQ data as the basis for who to invite and I'm going.

But the weekend is a very different tournament from the normal thing with two separate tournaments on each day and the winner is the guy who did the best out of both days. Sunday is no issue, being a 50pt hardcore event. Saturday is the problem. I need four 35pt lists to use over the four games, each list once of course. And for the past 3 weeks or so I've been bouncing between casters and various lists for them. Oh, and the Saturday is using the 2013 steamroller rules, just to add that extra bit of difficulty.

So I have two definite lists:

Asphyxious2 with Tartarus, Madelyn Corbeau and the Withershadow Combine as the characters being used.
Asphyxious3 uses Nightmare and no other characters.

Instantly Gaspy2's list takes Terminus off the table and 35pts isn't enough space for me to use my favourite Gaspy1 list (with pirates)

To finish off my plans I have to choose two of the following three lists and I'm unsure which to do.

Deneghra1
- Nightwretch x2
Skarlock Thrall
Bane Knights (max)
Black Ogrun (max)
Nyss Hunters (max)
Warwitch Siren x2

Skarre1
Skarlock Thrall
Bane Knights (max) x2
Necrosurgeon
Darragh Wrathe
Ogrun Bokur
Satyxis Raider Captain

(Missing 8 points. Gorman & two helldivers? Erebus? Reaper & Machine Wraith? Two Stalkers/Scavengers)

Skarre2
Deathjack
Malice
Satyxis Raiders (max) + UA
Necrosurgeon
Pistol Wraith x2
Satyxis Raider Captain

Any thoughts?

1 is good

2 i would say to go for either the Helldivers(sneaky tactics) or Erebus(pure viscousness)

3 is good too

I would say either 1 or 2 myself. 1 because i am a big fan of Deneghra and it has suitable choices for the game. 2 if you go for the Helldivers you will have a very good sneaky force for capturing those objectives. Either way i would suggest concentrating on one objective first and only turning to the 2nd when the 1st is secure. 3 loses it a bit for me as Deathjack was shredded by my Pistolwraith and my Seether when i faced him the other day. He is hidously cheap for what he does but he is still a little overrated.

I would also drop the Necrosurgeon. in an army that is mainly fast or unliving it has almost no place. use thos points on a Warwitch Siren or towards a jack.

pDenny is ok. I'd drop the Orgryn for two pistol wraiths, though.

pSkarre I'd get a max unit of Soul Hunters. Teamed up with Darragh, they are very menacing.

eSkarre is bad. I've tried this before. Only difference was I used Nightmare instead of Malice. Once you lose the Raiders, any army can overwhelm you. You'll just keep losing to scenario.
