I just got some marines and decide to field a raven guard army.
I primed and base coated matte black. My question is: How can I paint then to a tabletop quality and in a fair amount of time?
I would add that and don't have access to citadel paints.
Thanks in advance.
I'd say find a mid to light gray paint you like, then edge highlight the armor, red for the eyes on helmets and bolters and silver for any close combat weapons that aren't power weapons.
Go forth and amplify, here come the NOISE MARINES!
