Their customer service is pretty good.
Email them (or use the 'contact us' button on the website ( www.infinitythegame.com) ) and use the codes that came with the box (or baggie - there are two codes normally - one for the bag of bits, one for the box parts) - if you can't recall, then give them both and provide name and your delivery address.
Explain what is missing. You should get an email within a few days informing you the missing parts are on their way. It took about a week after that to get the parts here in Australia, so probably about the same to the USA.

There is in fact a whole thread over there dedicated to exactly this problem: http://infinitythegame.com/forum/index.php?/topic/886-bits-missing-heres-what-you-do/ Hope that helps EDIT: Although having just read the first post, it just says to do exactly what chromedog just said, so thats probably the best way to go

I have experience with CB service and they're exceptionally good.
Twice I had to get a replacement; once for a mismolded Posthuman butt and second for an outright missions Devabot flamethrower arm. Both times I e-mailed them with the information, specified exactly what was faulty, and gave them the code.
Both times, they apologized for the error and send the pieces good as new. No problem whatsoever. They even paid shipping all the way from Spain.
Corvus Belli is a great company and I expect you'll get the same treatment.

I had a bag of heads missing from one of my boxes. Sent the email over and just waiting now. No word back from them though?

Just hang tight, they will respond. They are still catching up from the holiday rush season. They'll get you taken care of.

Thats what I'm thinking as I sent the original email on the 23rd Dec. Sent a polite reminder just in case it did get missed and just gotta hold tight for a while now - not as if I'm lacking in painting!
