Troops:
10 Plaguebearers with Icon
3 Nurgling bases

Heavy Support:
Daemon Prince
Mark of Nurgle

HQ:
Typhus
Troops
10 Plague Marines
1 plasma gun
1 melta gun
Rhino
18 Plague Zombies
Mark of Nurgle
Total: 1,500 points.
Not much in the way of anti-tank, except getting the Prince and Crushers into combat with them. No fliers, or anti-flyer. Not really sure what to do about that. I was thinking about finding room for some Havocs with flak missiles?

This list is illegal.
You can't do the CSM FOC swap in an allied contingent, only with your main force.

I figured it'll help dropping enemy monstrous creatures. Otherwise he's only S5, needing 3's to wound most of the time. I could upgrade his strength with Unholy Might, but that's twice as expensive.

You can't give Mark of Nurgle to plague zombies. They can have no upgrades other than increasing squad size.

yeh unfortunately the faq states you can only by additional models, if you want more anti-tank why not take CSM with allied daemons you only need to take epidemius and a unit of nurglings and you have your tally chart, im presuming thats why you are taking epidemius, think about taking abbadon aswell he has the mark of nurgle, try taking lots of plasma and havocs to get your tally up really quick, such as taking units of 7 chosen wid 3 x plasma in a rhino. 3 of them with havocs backing them up should get you the amount of kills on turn 2 needed for a full tally chart when epidemius comes down.

If you are planning on doing a tallyman list I would strongly suggest going with Plaguebearers, Epididi can join them and use them as (Rotting) meat shields.
Also, his abilities/bonuses apply to all attacks, so it would include shooting attacks by friendly models with the MON, flamers heavy squad of Havocs anyone?

He means that you can only use cult marines as elites in an allied force. Using a lord+mark to unlock the correlating elite as a troop choice only works in primary detachments.
The list is still usable with all the models included, it simply needs to be modified accordingly i.e., the allied force is HQ: Typhus Troops: zombies Elite: plague marines

Gotcha. I hadn't noticed that before.
