A few months ago, I started on a journey to make a 5th Edition guard list work in 6th Edition. After quite a few games, I found the list did outstanding in many areas and didn't really lack any tools. However, with the prevalence of Daemons and the rise of Dark Angels guaranteed to be a swift kick in the nuts, I decided to make a single change and I'm wondering if you all think it is worth it.

Hmm I see what you've done here. Normally I dont use null zone on librarians, but I presume its to counter daemons so okay. The only thing I would say is that the platoon infantry squads would be better with special/heavy weapons, as they are I cant imagine them contributing much ATM. But following that your list is pretty lean and I cant really suggest anything to drop.

If your attack is going too well, you have walked into an ambush

The easy way is always mined

Yeah, the Infantry Squads used to jave the proverbial Autocannon/Plasma Combo before but in adding the Scouts and libby, I trimmed them as I found they do great either as sacrificial scoring units or as bubblewrap against Deep Striking armies (i.e. Daemons, Descent of Angels, Deathwing).
