Please let me know what you think, I know the main problem is mobility but I have firepower.

I would switch the vindicator for a Thunder Fire Cannon since its more in range with the rest of your army , put the devastators and the TFC inside the Aegis and they are good , use the scouts to infiltrate and set shop in a ruin/building and try to get line breaker . Also i would trade the gear of the captain for something more ranged like bolter with hell-fire rounds. its unusual but with only one melee oriented character if you get in CC with a dedicated CC squad you will lose no mater the gear , the same goes for the sergeants .

Not a bad list. One problem you are going to have is heavy armor. You have plenty of S7 and S8 hits, but only the vindicator has a real chance of hurting AV14. I might swap some of that plasma for melta or lascannons.

I would switch the caption for a Librarian. I feel its more useful for the point cost

I would take out the heavy bolter and plasma cannon in the tac and just use the free flamer and missile launcher.

I would also trade the vindicator with a thunder fire cannon. again more useful for points
60 range could ignore cover make difficult terrain and 4 blasts in one shot free tech marine in sevo harness only 100 points thats a deal right there.

with the points saved i would put in las cannons in your dev squad on your defense line two at the least.

This is pretty mean for 1K points I think. Sure, someone could roll out a LR, but a LR with termie beatdown squad is 450+ points. Almost half the army! The only problem is that terminators can kill your entire list if they make it :(

I like the theme of this list a lot. Maybe you could find a way to get even a little melta just in case.
