I have someone willing to sell me a renegade command squad and 2 sets or bodies and troops. Does anybody know where to find the rules for these guys. Or better yet advice on the best way to use them or what makes them appealing to buy.

Um, Chaos Codex?

I'm unsure what you mean by Chaos Renegades.

There are no Chaos Renegades stats or anything sad to say because there are no such thing as renegades in game. GW never made a codex for the lost and damned.
You could always use IG codex for them, theres also a codex called 'Eye of Terror' which has stats for 'traitors' (basically renegades) or you can just incorperate these guys into ur CSM army as cultist.
As for the models, you can:
1) Convert IG
2) Forgeworld renegades (they look super sick)
3) External sources such Maxmini, Pig Iron, Warfactory, etc

Yeah the FW ones are the ones I'm talking about. Has anybody used them? They look pretty cool and I feel bad making them look cool and then they just become plague zombies

They have a crappy leadership values and poor weapons choices, but the IA5-7 renegade lists are very fluffy and look fun to play.

With the allies rules in 6th edition, I'd think you'd be better off either using them as either Codex Chaos Space Marine cultist or IG allies with your Chaos army.
